Editorial Toons: Early Years

While enrolled at Los Angeles Valley College, I became involved in the community newspaper 

drawing Editorial Cartoons.  Below are my initial attempts in this medium.

"Where's Irag?" 2003 ★ Satirical review of G.W. Bush's push to find Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq. 

"48 Hours" 2003 ★ Satirical review of G.W. Bush's Attack on Iraq. 

"Carpet Baggers" 2003 ★ Satirical review of G.W. Bush's Cashing in on the war. 

"Monkey Man" 2004 ★ Satirical review of a local news story. 

"Tuition" 2004 ★ Satirical review of L.A. Valley College's increased tuition. 

"Where's Yasser?" 2004 ★ Satirical review of Yasser Arafat's disappearance (exile) from public life.  
This toon was done before it was discovered that he had died.

"Get Fat" 2004 ★ Satirical review of a news story involving a person suing McDonalds for "making" her family fat.
